john became a personal trainer after overcoming a severe lower back injury. The rehabilitation process inspired him to lead a more healthy and active lifestyle. He wanted to share his new passion of health and fitness with others by becoming a trainer and nutrition counselor. John is extremely committed to his client's success. He gives 100% of himself to every client. He will do anything it takes to help a client succeed. He has been known to give wake-up calls to clients and cook their meals for them so that they have NO excuses! John is a very good listener and offers great advice on how to live an active life despite their busy schedules and commitments. John feels there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client change, not just physically, but adapting to a healthier, happier lifestyle. John trains all types of clients of all ages and ability levels. John enjoys working with kettlebells, a very popular method of resistance training. John teaches Spin classes and group kettlebell classes here at Core. He is an amazing motivator and has a huge following in his kettle bell classes. John has competed in several local bodybuilding competitions placing 1st overall at the Vermont Supernatural in 2004. Outside of the gym John enjoys riding his Harley and performing magic tricks for his friends and family. |
